SHIPPING EXPECTATIONS

Most Forever Five Jewelry orders will leave our warehouse within three (3) business days of the order being received. Saturday, Sunday, holidays and announced event dates (such as annual corporate conferences) are not considered business days for processing. Be sure to sign up for our monthly notifications.

Processing time is not included in transit time. Orders will be shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Transit time on all orders is up to five (5) business days. Business days for the United States Postal Service (USPS) may vary in some areas of the country do not qualify for Saturday/Sunday delivery.

Once orders have been processed and assigned a tracking number, a ship confirmation will be sent to the email on file. Please note, once orders has been scanned by the USPS driver, we cannot be responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen items nor make any delivery changes during the time of transit. Such concerns becomes the responsibility of the post office.
